Returns & Exchanges
At Katruss, we’re passionate about creating garments that reflect your values and provide exceptional comfort.
While returns aren’t possible due to hygiene considerations, we’re happy to assist with exchanges to make sure you adore your purchase.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate an exchange, email us at letsconnect@katruss.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges for:
- Sale items
- Personalized items
Shipping for Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item for exchange.
- If the exchanged item is due to a fault on our end (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the shipping costs.
Refunds:
- All refunds will be processed as store credits, equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s).
- Delivery fees (if any) will not be refunded.
Received the Wrong Product?
If we’ve sent you the wrong item, let’s make it right!
- Please email us at letsconnect@katruss.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
- We’ll ensure the correct item is sent to you as quickly as possible, and we’ll cover all shipping costs.
