Yes, we ship worldwide with DHL Express. Shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your region.

Please note that it takes up to 2 business days to process your order before shipping.

Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed for shipping. Contact us at letsconnect@katruss.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

We currently do not accept returns for hygiene reasons, but exchanges are available for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. For assistance, contact letsconnect@katruss.com.
