Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns. However, we’ll gladly assist with exchanges to ensure you receive a product you truly love.
  • We accept exchanges for incorrect items or sizes.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for unworn and unwashed garments in their original condition and packaging.
  • A request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at letsconnect@katruss.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Sale items
  • Personalized items
If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item or size), we’ll cover all shipping costs. For other exchange requests, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
